Payment

CREDIT CARD: The Customer will be able to pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after the credit card details have been verified, which will have been having received the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer, that the availability of the Product has been confirmed by Corso Vannucci srl and therefore after the order will be ready to be processed.

PAYPAL: PayPal allows you to make online payments at no additional cost and without sharing your card details.

BANK TRANSFER: After confirming the purchase, we will send you an email with the bank details to make the payment. Any bank and bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer. The order will be shipped immediately after receiving the credit on our bank account.

CASH ON DELIVERY: This method allows you to pay the total amount of your order in cash to the courier when the package is delivered to you. There is a cost of € 5 for this service.

If you are a registered customer, you can also check your order from your account: log in and enter the 'Orders' section to find all the information. It is not possible to modify or cancel orders placed online. After the order has been delivered, you can request the return of the products you wish to return and you will receive a full refund of the price of the products. All over the world. Remember to select the country where you want to receive your order before starting your online shopping: the items included in the cart and in the Wishlist will no longer be available if you change country.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF PAYMENT (for orders placed from Italy before 16:00). Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays according to the time zone in force in Italy. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, the shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation that the amount has been credited to our account. S.m.p. Returns and Refunds

You can exercise your right of withdrawal, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when you received the product. Returning one or more products is easy and always free: you will find all the information inside the box of your order.

All the products you have returned will be refunded to you using the same method chosen when paying for your order. If you have chosen to pay on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer: we will contact you to get the current account details. We are committed to making the refund as quickly as possible: after checking that the returned products comply with the return conditions, we will send you an email to confirm the refund. This procedure can take up to 5 working days from the delivery of your return to our warehouse. The times and methods of crediting may vary slightly depending on the banking procedures and the payment method you have chosen. Costs incurred for cash on delivery and shipping costs, if any, are not reimbursed.
